The Ocean County Weight Loss Surgery (OCWLS) Support Group is a peer-to-peer group which is open to individuals who have undergone various types of weight loss surgery, or to those who are anticipating or planning this kind of lifestyle change. Supportive family members and friends are also welcome.
Our group members have had their surgeries performed by various WLS surgeons and hospitals, and we are not affiliated with any specific WLS surgeon or hospital.
Pre-Registration is Not Required. If you require any further information, feel free to contact me.

Due to the severe weather conditions that are expected today and tomorrow, the Gastric Banding and Bypass Support Group that was re-scheduled for Feb. 2 will be cancelled.
The next support group will be on February 23, 2011.
Please share this information with anyone who is not on our email list that may have been planning to attend.

The word "congratulations" is just inadequate. You deserve more praise than that.
And I can't thank you enough for organizing the NJIGTs. I have made so many great friends and heard so many wonderful stories, and my life is richer for it.
I don't feel as comfortable or as "at home" anywhere as I do during those gatherings. It just seems like we all "get it" and that's a really nice feeling to have once in a while.
