Thanks Sarah, I appreciate the well wishes.

I am feeling pretty good today, I slept thru the night and have been able to move around some today so hopefully the swelling will go down some.

Thanks!

I am home at last, I had a circumferential lower body lift on Thursday and finally made it home today..

So far the pain is not too bad, lets see if I still say that tomorrow ~ that will be the big test.

I had 10 lbs of skin removed during the surgery but ended up having my blood levels fall out on Friday and I passed out cold..  So I ended up having three units of blood and two iron transfusions.. I feel much better now and cant wait to find out how I will look..

Often the pain that we hold onto while we are obese, hangs on and needs to be numbed.  SO sorry about your loss.  I hope she is finally released from her pain

Check out Dr. Capella....I had a tummy tuck and scar revision done at the same time of my hernia repair and it was less than $5k out of pocket....of course it all depends on your insurance and what needs to be done so your price may vary, but he specializes in post bariatric surgery...his father is a bariatric surgeon....

He does great work and is very reasonable...

Wow! I'm excited I have so many responses! Unfortunately, right now, a gym is not in my cards. Since I have to pay for part of my surgery, I can't really afford it. But, I really love to walk, and walking in the mall sounds fun! I've had a couple of people fall through for workout buddies, so if you guys are interested, please send me a message and we can set up a time to meet up and compare schedules. I'm looking forward to meeting some new friends, and burning some calories!

I work out in Retro Fitness in Hackensack, and the Training Grounds in Teaneck   (long story of why there's two....  I'm NOT that into exercise  LOL)   are either of these close enough for you to consider?    We could compare schedules...I usually go after work during the week  around, 5 or 6....   Mary C
