Thanks for posting, Tom. I got out of the hospital on Wednesday. I had a lot of pain from my shoulder, but after a little retail therapy :) and a lot of time renewing my acquaintance with my heating pad., I feel much better. Had some tummy issues, also, but I think it was the sorbitol in the italian ices that I got. Already down about 10 pounds from surgery on Monday. WooHoo!

Topic: RE: Dr Greenbaum/Lourdes....anyone?
I agree! But it wasn't so bad. In fact, I felt like we got a little extra attention being a Dr. G patient.
The hospital is old, and maybe a little run down in spots, but I had my own room, and the nurses were pretty good and rather attentive, as opposed to my stay at University of Penn when I got my Lap Band, where the nurses were rude and I was made to feel like a big-fat baby!
So all in all, it wasn't a bad experience, until I went to the emergency room in the middle of the night, and I waited over 5 hours for no reason. I should have waited and seen Dr. G the next day!
Good luck!

Topic: Dr Greenbaum/Lourdes....anyone?
I'm having revision surgery with Dr. Greenbaum next year. I'm wondering what everyone's opinions are regarding Lourdes. I love Dr. Greenbaum, but wish he used another hospital.
Topic: RE: Alone for surgery /Dr. Greenbaum in Willingboro
I wish I still lived and worked in the area. I would be more than happy to help, but I've relocated. Hopefully, someone will be able to help. Maybe post on the main board, or the board for your surgery.
