Topic: RE: INTERESTED IN WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY? HOLY NAME MC NOW HAS A COMPREHENSIVE BARIATRIC PROGRAM
I know this group is adding more surgeons on board.  Will suggest to them during our team meeting this week.  Thank you for the advice.

Jan

all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence.  I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!

They stuck crew back in outer Mongolia -- Row O -- something I complained about on my feedback form!

Yes, I've already signed up for next year -- to crew and drive for Sweep again.  May re-evaluate camping out though -- I really don't mind it, but hate having to lug the supplies back home again!

Keep in touch --

Nannette,

I did camp out this year, I was in row H. I had an awesome time at the Walk.

Did you sign up again for next year? I did but I have not gotten my participant number yet, I am really serious about a team for next year..

Thanks,
Stella

Stay away from Stomophx and Rose procedures -- waste of money and insurance won't approve anyway!  Also may prevent you from having other type of revisions in future --

Hey Stella -- I just did it too for the third year!  In 2008 I walked and blew out my knee after 14 miles -- had knee replacement in Spring of 2009 and last year I "crewed" by driving one of the Sweep Vans.  This year, I did the same thing driving the sweep van.  Have camped out all three years too -- Did you!

It was awesome.....
Hugs,
Nannette

I'm planning to come and bringing my husband with me since my surgeon's appointment is late that afternoon. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

I'm also in the Brick area and scheduled for a VSG with Dr. Washington in Freehold. He also does the Rose procedure.
