I am awaiting as well Nickola1 so here is to hoping!  Did she email you or call you with that information or did you contact her?  When was your referral date?  I am excited and hoping to get a call!  Wonder how long the list is now and how they are choosing who goes... Some people seem to get in so quick and others waiting years....
Good luck to all waiting!

Topic: NEW INFO---WLS CLINIC MAY 3rd
 Hey folks,

I was just made aware today from Rachel that the next WLS info clinic will be scheduled for May 3rd, 2011.  She admitted that they will be hosting this later than usual, as they had expected for March instead.  I apparently have made the waitlist for this one...

Topic: RE: Vitamins!!!
I don't think I can offer any help with the brand of vitamins, just keep trying different ones until you find one you can stand - but keep the others in the cupboard because the farther out you get, the better you can tolerate everything!  If you're taking more than one (like multi, D, B12, etc...) try to take some with breakfast, some with lunch & some with supper.  If it's just the multi, maybe try taking it at different times of the day.  Maybe even try taking them with different drinks - try milk, water, protein shake, etc...  you never know, it might make the difference!  Our sleeves can be pretty fussy for the first while - I felt nauseous if I tried to drink plain water, but I could drink anything else with no problem!  I couldn't stand to swallow pills for the first couple of months - everything got stuck in my throat, but now I can take them just like I did pre-surgery  :)  Hang in there!

Wow - 10 lbs away from the 1/2 way point - that's a HUGE milestone!!!  Congrats!!!  Don't get too attached to those jeans - in a few days they will be falling off of you too!!  WOOHOO!!!

Let me start - I'm going to pick 'use a trigger.'  Every time I have head hunger I am going to snap my fingers - If I feel I need to eat something even if I'm not physically hungry, I am first going to say out loud - so everyone can hear me - "I'm going to eat this even though I'm not hungry!"  I don't know if it will help, but it can't hurt!!!  Wish me luck!

I'm just wondering what time of day you take your vitamins.
I take all of mine all when I am on my way to bed.  (multi, vit d, e and I just added a calcium).
I do find if I read too long after I take them before falling asleep, I do get a bit nauseous and feel like I might throw up.  I just make sure now I go to sleep not long after taking them!
