Help me tell me your opinion

I know it may not be a doctor speaking but I found out today I have cellulitis and was given 1000mg of rocephin and put on biaxin xl two per day. I have it on my inner thigh I have been on Keflex 500mg 3x a day before this for the past month...What do you think the surgeon will say? Yes or no to my sugery rny on 12-14-04 Rebecca

mine would've said nope. any infection or suspected infection would be reason to postpone.

I would think any active infection would be a contraindication for surgery but hopefully by December it will be gone! Debbie
