What did you eat?

Shannon, Your appetite would probably be dimmed especially when you reach proper restriction from getting fills. I too had the same fears, but am doing fine. Down 69 pounds since November but banded in January. I don't feel like eating much sometimes, which is a total switch from prebanding. I used to crave weird stuff out of the blue. Not anymore since being banded. Kristine

Hi Debra, An interesting day at work. Was told that my position would be eliminated as of 12/31/06...negotiated that to the first of February 2007. Will now work 1/2 day as an apartment manager and 1/2 day as grant writer and policy developer...federal budget cuts force these changes...works for me I can't wait to leave. I will have been there for over 32 years when I finally leave!!! Anyway, here's what I ate yesterday B 3 wheat thins, 1.5 Tbs tuna salad S Zone snack bar L Zone snack bar, sf ice cream bar D 2.5 oz beef, 1/2 c lite cottage cheese, 8 wheat thins S sf ice cream bar 1 hour mowing All is good 8-D Linda M 230/150.2/ 115

Hi Debra, I am glad you are doing well. Go****hink this is my first time posting my food here. I was actually hungry this morning and had Go Lean Oatmeal for breakfast. Usually I don't eat breakfast because I am tight in the AM Lunch was Isopure Dinner was a Weigh****chers dinner. I had 2 pieces of 2% American cheese for a snack. I do need a 3rd fill, I'm very hungry lately! Kristine

Kristine, Hun glad to see ya posting here... ~hugs~ you are so good as many are on getting your fills on time......I would let that slide so I can eat, that is why I chose the RNY because I needed more help with that. I would find a way to cheat just like I did before surgery. I guess you can still do that with the RNY but it is harder, now having to really deal with the eating thing!!! Which I guess should have been taken care of before surgery even but live and learn. as long as I am still learning I feel it is all good. Just started to drop the weight again after a while hanging around the same weights! YEAH. Well take care hun and thanks for posting... ~hugs~ Debra P
