Yeah eating away feelings is something most of us know about.
It takes time to learn how to deal with this, it is a shame because i have a friend that is NOT dealing with this issue but turned to drinking to help and i am so lost and upset about that because i really do not like what/who she has become.
I am hoping she can see her ways and change it...or else work on it!

I am up 2 pounds too...wow your numbers look awwweeeesomme!
I didn't eat until 3:30. I had a WW TV Dinner.
Isopure around 6
Hunger late around 8 and ate 4 pieces of 2% cheese.
My theories are that either I gained muscle from exercise, water weight, or not eating enough, or I suppose one or 2 of the above.

Hey first time on this board and i'm getting jumped...lol. It's good these posts help keep us in line...and give us good food ideas.
Yesterday...think think think
B- BLT extra regular mayo
S- Slim fast Low carb
L-Chinese food buffet I ate about a cup of various meat products. Esp. Spare rib tips, BBQ chickens, and general Tso's Chicken
I topped it off with banana pudding (love that stuff...esp since they make it with real bananas on the bottom, and some vanilla waffers, with whip topping on top).
S-2 saltines.
D-3 Chicken drum sticks, 1 oz of broccoli
A very very small piece of rasberry cake
S- 1 chicken drum stick
3 low carb peanut butter cups.
Yeah i know why do the low carb peanut butter cup..if i went to town on desserts yesterday. I don't usually go to dessert town...yesterday i went out to eat, and then to a friends house. I didn't bring any low carb protein bars with me (my usual fix in these situations).
I go to the doctor next week to get weighed in, I can't wait (lol ..no pun intended)...i've lost about 120 lbs so far.

Hi Again:
Well, the boss reneged on about 5 negotiated items with the job sharing. He also said he told me several times over the past months that my position would be eliminated. I asked him to send me those emails because I never received them. He won't be able to because he never told me anything. I also questioned his leadership qualities with a leadership questionnaire that he cannot possibly answer without lying. Probably shouldn't have sent it but I was very disappointed with his dishonesty and amoral conduct. January 31, 07 can't come fast enough.
Anyway, my stomach was in knots today and I've eaten in dribs and drabs but nothing wrong food wise. Didn't sleep too well last night either.
What I ate yesterday:
B 4 oz carb control yogurt w 1 Tbs walnuts
S 2 wheat crackers with 2 tsp peanut butter
L 1 oz cheddar and 5 slices pepperoni, zone snack bar
S string cheese, 1
D 1/2 southbeach breakfast burrito (8 g protein - 90 cal)
sf ice cream bar.

Hopefully, the weekend will be quiet - I'm locking myself in the office tomorrow.

well hun, you did what you had to do for yourself! If he was lying then that is just not right, he is messing with your retirement and that is not cool!
