Hello All ~hugs~ Happy Friday... Well I hope you all have a great weekend... Happy Mothers day to all the MOM's... What I had yesterday: B- 8 oz carb control choc milk 1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate. S- spring cheese, 2 pretzel rods 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate L- 3 oz chicken, cucs with 1 tbs f/f dressing S- 1 pk PB cheese crackers, 1/2 cup pinapple 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate D- 1 cup Homemade chicken soup (3 wings) w/ carrots and celery 1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- 1/2 cup watermelon *Supplements: 1800 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12. *Water Intake: 15 oz water, 30 oz crystal light *Excercise: Nothing yet ok take care all ~hugs~ Debra P

Happy Friday Debra ! Thank's for wishing us mom's a happy mother's day ! Pre Breakfast: 16 oz. Decaf Coffee B- 2 T. scrambled egg's 2 T. oatmeal Pre Lunch : 6 oz. Carb Countdown Choc. Milk , 14 oz. water, 1/2 scoop Whey protein L- 2 T. grilled chicken breast 2 T. broccoli & cauliflower 2 T. squash Pre Dinner: 6 oz. C/C Choc. milk, 14 oz. water, 1/2 scoop whey protein D- 2 T. 93% ground beef 2 T. squash 2 tbls. unsweetened applesauce A pinch of chedder cheese S- 2 T. s/f cheese cake w/ 1/2 scoop whey protein That is it ! Hi Debra, You know I forgot to post my supplements-lol. I took the usual, 28mg iron, dietsmart one a day generic vitamin, vitamin B pill, calcium citrate 1000 mg, and prevacid. I was on the go last night, got my hair cut went grocery shopping and picked up my new glasses. I am counting that as exercise because I parked the car in the far back of the Newburgh Mall and we walked to McDonald's. I want to change the look a little bit for the court date coming up. Also needed a pickme up because of my stall. Breakfast- nothing Lunch-Isopure shake Dinner-1/2 McD's Fajita and Fruit and Yogurt parfait. Kristine

Happy Mothers day right back at ya, for yesterday, i had..... B- BLT on 2 slices of low carb bread, extra mayo (regular), with cheese S- Slim Fast low carb L-2 left over chicken drum sticks D- 1 Slice of Pizza S-10 skittles and 1 drum stick I got in all my liquids, and all my suppliments ( i try to get them in before 2 PM in general). I was a little lighter on protein yesterday then i usually am, and doing about the same today...i think i might add another protein drink or protein bar a day. Or get one of those 40 grams a serving shakes.

Hi everyone. THis weather here in NYC really stinks. I want the sun back. Anyway i dont know if its the weather but i have been feeling a little more hungry the last few days and i am not likeing that. 7am Coffee with protein B scrambled egg with half banana S baby carrots and handful of cheese nips L 3 chicken nugges baked, 3 pizza rolls{the little ones} S chineese noodles {hard ones} D meatloaf with half cucumber S strawberries with sugar free cool whip Stay dry and have a wonderful Friday. Thanks Debra for the mothers day wish, back at ya for all your furry friends!!! ANd to all the other mothers i wish you a happy mothers day as well. LisaMarie

Hi Debra, Since I am a mother to my five cats (2 girls, 3 boys) I graciously accept the Happy Mother's Day. You too have a Happy Mother's day for your critters B 4 oz carb control yogurt wi/ 1 pack Splenda and 1 Tbs walnuts S 2 wheat crackers with 2 tsp peanut butter L 1 oz mozzarella cheese with 2 slices pepperoni, 1 tbs cashews S SF ice cream bar D Zone snack bar, 1 oz chicken breast w/4 broccoli florets and tomato sauce s 1 c Choc carb control milk Only about 38 g protein and about 2/3 liquid today - lots of junk at work -= I have to do better for myself.
