Hi Kenny! I just want to say that you are in my thoughts and prayers! This marriage thing is a full time job and like some jobs, it's somes times best to walk away with your head held high and as much dignity as you can muster! One of the great challenges of emotional eating is that (1) the problems don't disappear as our waist line does and (2) they leave you feeling less then satisfied with yourself! Have you found a support group that you like or tolerate? Please be well and make good choices.....being skinny is a sweet revenge you know. Hugs, ANDI

so it's been a few days since you requested a life jacket....what have you done for yourself since you posted? Have you looked into a support group yet? I'm lookiing into one in Middletown at Crystal Run health facility ... supposed to be a good one and there's one at the All Sport in Fishkill this sunday that i'm going to try and make. Tomorrow is one at Good Samaritan Hospital, the sister hospital where you had your surgery done. I'm having surgery on Thursday and i won't lie to you, i'm nervous like nobodies business.
