15 days Pre-Op/Sinus Infection

Good Morning, I have a question that I am hoping someone might answer. I am of course going to call my surgeons office today but I wanted some input from your experiences. I am 15 days pre-op and have an awful sinus infection. My pre-lab testing is Thursday and I wanted to know if anyone knows if this will affect it? Should I wait a few days and get some antibiotics? I don't want to delay the surgery a single day! Any advice?? Thank you so much!

You do not want to go under the knife with any form of infection. If you body is run down, even the slightest bit, you never know how it will react during/following a surgery...let alone a major one.
