Happy Monday All ~Hugs~ Ok back to work today and feeling well. As well as us women can be at T.O.M. Yesterday was a bad eating day for me so I will just list what I eat, there was not schedule to my eating and had way to many carbs and not enough protein but I did get all my water in and all my viatmins... Atkins Protein Bar 1/2 Egg McMuffin Munched on a mix chip Munchies while traveling 1 pk Soy Chips 1 pk PB Cheese Crackers Shrimp Chow mein with my starch added Homemade chicken soup with veggies (4 wings) 1/2 cup Mixed Fresh Fruits OK i think that is it but there could be more.... Good Morning Debra , I am glad to hear you are feeling better ! I hope all you mom's out there enjoyed your day yesterday , I know I did ! You too Debra ! After all you have those furbaby kid's to take care of ! Well here is my menu for yesterday: Pre- breakfast: 16 oz. decaf coffee, 4 oz. carb countdown choc. milk w/ 1/2 scoop protein powder. B- 2 T. turkey bacon 2 T. oatmeal pre- lunch: 20 oz. water L- 2 T. refried bean's 1 t. sour cream 1 t. chedder cheese 1 T. salsa 2 T. sugar free pudding mixed w/ 1/2 scoop protein powder pre- dinner: 20 oz. water D- 2 T. pork tenderloin 1 T. squash 1 T.refried bean's 1 t. sour cream 1 t. salsa 1 t. chedder cheese S- 4 oz. carb countdown choc. milk w/ 1/2 scoop whey protien powder That is it for me ! Hi Deb glad to see you are starting to feel better.....but just don't over do it.... well tomorrow I go in for surgery for my intestinal problems......so today I am on clear liquid diet.... Yesterday I was suppose to be on a fuild liquid diet but that did n't happen.... B- scrammbled eggs (2) L-one bite of my daugthers hot pocket. D- cup spaghetti. did do so well on it but I will try to stay on the clear liquids.... Have a great day hun Christine

Debra, I finally did it!!!! I lost 100 lbs!!!!!!!! I am soooo Proud & happy! only 30 lbs to goal!!!! What I ate: B 1 egg & bacon 1 slice of toast w/ butter S protein shake D tuna casserole S 4 SF fudgicles 2 Nestle crunch bars yes I did(I'm not perfect) vitamins, calcium, iron, H2O Linda

I ate Ricotta cheese all day long and I am loving it. So pathetic! My husband put a call out to Gellgod b/c Dennis wants him to convince me to come out of hiding. Dennis said he is going to rat me out that all I have been eating is ricotta cheese! Tattletale! What is my other option right now, toast w/barium smeared all over it? Forget it. Have a good day! Hi Tavia i read you hung out with L.M. thats great! I,m glad you had such a good time.don,t worrie about the recotta unless its getting you constipated otherwise enjoy it.
