What did you eat?
Hi Debra,
I had a couple of pieces of fruit and a couple of cut up pieces of cheese around 11AM
In the evening, I had an Asian salad from McD's for dinner.
Then when we came home, I had a SF non fat yogurt.
Been so hungry lately, I really can't wait for that fill Wednesday-lol. But I've lost another pound(-71) and riding on the willpower train until Wednesday. I need to lower the willpower percentage and up the band power percentage =) I am almost to where I left off in 2003. Once I get to onederland, I'm one step ahead of that place.

Hi All,
Didn't eat too well yesterday - but....
Here goes:
B 3.5 peanut butter crackers, 1/2 c lite cottage cheese
L Zone snack bar
D 1/5 oz prime rib, 1/2 c mashed potatoes with horseradish (Yum!), 1/2 oz baby spinach, 1/2 bread stick, 4 pieces lettuce, decaf with 2 Tbs half & half. 5 mini creme puffs filled with creme fraiche and 1 strawberry.
S 1 Tbs cashews, 1 choc graham cracker with 2 tsp peanut butter.
Back on track today - I only have dinner with my brother and sister twice yearly so i splurged
