I'm back!!!!!
Hey everybody... I have not been on in months. Work was had me real busy. And sadly I don't have a PC in internet at home. But I am happy to report I have lost a total on 104 lbs. since 9/27/05 (my new birthdate) My life has change for the better in more then the wieght way. I have gotten promoted, brought a new car and got rid of a very bad relationship. I have to thank you ladies and gentlemen for sharing your stories. It made a difference knowing that I was not the only one going though all this. It feels real good to shop in the missy section but more important feels good to live, cross my legs, tie my shoes, play ball with my son, and run a mile.
I also love it when I run into people I have not seen in a while. God is truly good and wish nothing but the best to you all.

Miss hearing from you more but understand the new busy lives we seem to find. 
Those little things mean so much now right? People that never had a weight problem can not understand how much they mean to us after we lose the weight. 
shopping is not as scary as it was before and I enjoy looking for new things now.
