Hello All ~Hugs~ Back to work yesterday and all went well.... Feeling better now that I am back into a schedule... What I had yesterday: B- 3 oz cottage cheese with 3 fresh strawberries 1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate. S- 1 pk PB cheese crackers 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate L- Homemade chicken soup with veggies (4 wings) S- String cheese, 1 pk Smartfood popcorn 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate D- 2 oz pork chop with 3 spears of aspagarus (sp?) 1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- 1 oz Munchies ( I threw the rest out this morning as these are BAD!) *Supplements: 1800 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12. *Water Intake: 45 oz water, 15 oz crystal light *Excercise: Nothing yet I gained 2 lbs on the scale these last 2 days, T.O.M.!!! I HATE that scale ....I was going to almost be breaking into the 150's...grrrrrrr I guess it really is a love/hate relationship with it right. HI everyone it's such a nasty day here on L.I rain,rain, more rain. Makes you want to eat,or bake and eat.Oh well hear goes B-carb control yougart with wheatgerm 5oz cran apple juice s/f. 1 multi 2 calcum citrate L 2oz tuna 4 mini ricecake rounds D-3oz chicken 5mini ricecake rounds 1 multi 2 calcum citrate S- 1/2 s/f pudding 45oz water 33min on tredmill

OH i am so glad your back to work and doing so well!!!!! NOW about this rain!!! Im going crazy and cant take it...........i vagely remember what sun looks like....and shee****hink my new pool is gonna run over again today as it did friday! eekss WHAT did i eat????? Breakfast: CHEESE and pretzels SNACK: protein shake cheese stick LUNCH : shrimp and coctail sauce SNACK: pretzels and fruit salad 310/167/??? DINNER: 2 meatballs parm (barfed it )

Hi Debra, Glad to see you back to work and feeling better B 4 oz carb control yogurt with 1 Tbs walnuts, string cheese L Zone snack bar, 2 Tbs almonds D 1/2 Eng. muffin with 2 heat & serve sausage patties S protein drink with 10 oz carb control milk (had to make up protein for the day) before bed 2 Tbs cashews (unsalted) Linda M
