It's too far away from NYC - guess I'll have to wait for a closer conference coming my way!!!

Hi I am definately interested in attending and I'm sure my daughter will as well. It would all depend on when it is.

Hi Andrea, thanks so much for your response. We will keep you posted for sure. It would not be until sometime next year, possibly early spring. Winter here central ny can be a bit brutal so we would want it to be at a time when most people could make without the fear of getting "snowed in". Thanks again. Debra

I am near Buffalo and would go to Syracuse via train if someone would go with me. Syracuse sounds perfect for this NY group as us in western NY are often forgotten.

Thanks Peggy. I agree completely with you. Western NY is often forgetten as much as northern NY. With Syracuse being right in the center of the whole state we thought this would be a great venue. We will certainly keep you posted if this becomes a reality. Debra

Mmmmmm I dont know seems kind of far for me. (I live on the border of queens and nassau on long island.) The think most people in NYC think anything out of nyc isn't worth it and should just move/come to nyc b/c we know everything over here. It's the New York mind set. I remember when I lived in manhattan, I thought anything over 14th street wasn't my business and too far. Hee-Hee. My in laws went to a relatives house the other day and I ask where it was. They said "upstate". It turned out to just to be in Yonkers. Too Funny. They live in Flushing, Queens for over 40 years so anything involving a bridge/tunnel out of NYC is "upstate." Or "too far" Ha.
