B 1/2 c lite cottage cheese, 2/3 small banana L 1/2 c tuna salad, 5 wheatsworth creackers, 1 Tbs cashews S Zone snack bar D 3 slices deli roast beef, 4 crackers, 2 Tbs cashews S Stallone pudding, with SF cool whip That's all. A good day of eating right. Linda M
