Carol,
You are welcome hun, it really is a great new pic of you.
Yeah we are hoping that it will not be just pouring all day long, if it stops in between then we might be able to get some of this done....I wanted to have my gravel delivered next week some time so we can have the Memorial weekend to do that.
Your eating looks good hun and if that is what your Dr wants you to follow then it is ok. I know that there are many slow downs in this journey but know that most of the times when the scale is not moving our bodies are. We lose some and then the body start to change so give it time and stick to your eating plan, it will come off.
22 lbs is just awesome hun...
Take care and have a great weekend ~Hugs~

Hi Debra,
The kids were off today due to a superintendent's conference so it felt like a Saturday. Tomorrow morning I have to go to the library to print notes up for court Monday...fun! The surgeon congratulated me for not stress eating through it all. It's not an option for me anymore.
I had a Dannon Light and Fit yogurt around 11AM
The usual Isopure drink around 3 or so
Dinner was 1/2 cup Trader Joe's roasted red pepper soup and maybe about 1/4 cup Hummus around 6pm
It's not much but I'm getting my protein in and taking in fluids and supplements. I decided to try not to eat anything with the soup anymore though because I figured the soup is like liquid.

I forgot!
I keep looking at my posts too and saying to myself, "The lattes" LOL.
I make a latte in the morning with nonfat milk and equal and SF DaVinci Syrup. Not every morning, but lately it has been for the extra protein
.
I bought a cheap latte maker with a hand frothing tool and a frothing pitcher shortly after surgery. It has replaced sodas for me. If I have a soda it's just a tiny sip of diet to make sure I'm not missing out on anything-lol.I hit 73 pounds down this morning.
