hey tavia just wanted to say sorry youre still having problems but at least they are going to let you do the pic line from home !!!! its not that bad and you will still be able to shower they tape the picc line up very well so it dont get pulled and you can still shower (when i had mine i loved the shower) do you know were they are going to put it in you at ? mine was in my right arm mine was for antibiotics but still a picc line and it dont hurt that bad going in the only problem i had was the tape it was itchy for the first day after the would change the line or the tape then i was good for about 4 days till they had to change something good luck and i will be thinking of you when are they putting that in ? hugs lisa

Hey Lisa, I had one in me before so I am not too worried about it. I have to do what I have to do, you know? I think they will put it in on my right arm, not sure though, but at least that is where they did it last time. I am getting it placed next week. Whopeee...not.
