Hi Debra!
We just got home. Court went well. It's still being dragged out, but I feel confident. And no stress eating either Thanks to support group I totally forgot about it being today for awhile
The weather is awesome. I hope it's this nice tomorrow, we're attempting a 7 mile walk on the rail trail then. I did 5 miles on Saturday.
I had my usual latte with 6 oz nonfat milk, Isopure in the AM so I would not get hungry at church.
1 cup light and fit Yogurt.
Dinner was 1 cup TJ's Roasted Red Pepper soup. I didn't think I could eat the whole thing, but I was able to.

I know it is sunny here but a still a little chilly....brrrr....by the end of the week they said it would be in the 70's...
I am looking forward to that..

I'm sorry that the weather did not co-operate with your plan's this past weekend !
It is supposed to be really nice this upcoming weekend so you should be able to get alot done !
I am a little late today with posting to this thread but none the less , here I am !
Pre- Breakfast, 16 oz. decaf coffee,4 oz. skim milk, 1/2 scoop whey protein powder
B- 2 T. scrambled eggs
2 T. oatmeal
2 T. cottage cheese
Pre- Lunch, 16 oz. water, 4 oz. skim milk , 1/2 scoop Whey protein Powder
L- 3 T. 93% ground beef
3 T. cauliflower in lowfat cheese sauce
Pre- Dinner, 8 oz. green tea, 8 oz. skim milk , 1/2 scoop whey protein powder
D- 2 T. pork tenderloin
2 T. cauliflower in lowfat cheese sauce
2 T. cottage cheese (fat free)
That is it for me !

We want to the driveway set with the landscape ties so we can get the gravel in..
I found muscles this weekend that I forgot I had.
So I guess that was my exercise...

Yeah that is true hun and I did alot of that.
I am not sure if my Gyno (surgeon) wanted me to be doing all that work already but I am feeling good, I will go and see him Friday so I can get the all ok to start working out every morning.
