Hello All ~Hugs~ Well Tue here and wishing it was Friday already. Looking forward to the long weekend coming up. What I had yesterday: B- Archive One Protein Drink, Atkins Protien Bar 1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate. S- String cheese, 12 grapes 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate L- 3 oz beef burger with cucs S- 1 pk Smartfood Popcorn, 4 oz carb control yogurt 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate D- Grilled cheese with the 2% cheese, 1 corn on cob with pat of butter (no many carbs ) 1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- 1/2 fresh pineapple *Supplements: 1800 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12. *Water Intake: 45 oz water, 24 oz Diet Coke *Excercise: Nothing yet gained 2 lbs, wanting to do the plateau diet but know this is the long weekend and I think I will wait until after that.. Good morning Debra! You'll get those 2 pounds off. I know it's frustrating. What's the plateau diet? I don't have plateaus like I did in the beginning, which could last weeks, but I do get them. I hit the -75 pound mark this morning and hubby is -49 pounds(even after a guys' night out, he's ecstatic) I had my usual latte 6 ounces nonfat milk a light and fit yogurt around 11AM then when we got home around 1:30 made my Isopure A piece of Tilapia seasoned with mesquite. It was good but ended up giving a little to the cat-lol. I hope you have a wonderful day too. Going to attempt my 7 mile walk today. Kristine

Kristine, It is a plan that will help break a plateau or to jump start your weight loss again. Lisa from Ridge has it in her profile. I will be adding it to my profile as well tonight because I think it is helpsful. Congrats on your weight loss hun. 75 lbs loss is awesome... It sure feels great right?.... Good luck on your walk today hun and I will try to get out at lunch or right after work to walk the rail trail.... Take care Debra P

hey deb! i also gained yesterday morning. i weighed in all last week at 114, then sunday was 115 and yesterday 116! so i thought i would try to starve yesterday to see if it helped! LOL not really, but i didn't eat a lot. B-ff/sf vanilla latte L-nothing D-2 tbls egg noodles, topped with 2 tbls swiss steak - first time i made this and it was pretty darn good! S-string cheese let me go check the scale now, be right back.....grrrrr, nope still 116! hugs~mary jo

Morning all another sunny day ,looking foward to the weekand!! eventhough i'll spend a good part of it at Home Depo! I dont know how much i lost this month i go to the doctor on thurs. i also took my first blood tests so we will see .What i had yesterday B- lo carb yougart with 1tbs wheatgerm 1multi v 2 calcum citrate L-3oz tuna 5 mini ricecake rounds 1/2 cup veg D-3oz turyey 1cup veg soup S- 1/2 s/f jello 50oz water 35min on tredmill

hi Deb I can't tell you what I ate yesterday cause my routine has changed and I don't eat all the time and I am still not doing well.....I am home from the hospital adhesion have been removed, blockage removed, intestine have been untwisted and tied down to prevent twisting again......surgery was 4 hours and it went well....but it has not fixed the problem .....I am going back to see my doctor today and I hope we can get some good news......( keeping my fingers crossed).......my total weight loss now is 160lbs and counting......not happy with being cut open again but it happened and I know the doctor is doing what is best for me........but let me tell you I see myself fat again.....I don't know if its from the swollenest.....or what but I'm not a happy camper..... don't worry about that two pounds you will lose it.....I just wanted to say hello..... Christine, I am sorry you are STILL going through this....I know how upsetting it must be to see that you had the surgery and the problems is still not fixed (just like Tavia), well I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers that you know what is going on soon. Please keep us posted on when you see the Dr today and what he/she said! I am sure you might be bloated hun so please do not worry about that right now, once you are on the mends then weigh yourself and get back on track but right now just worry about getting well.
