Hello All ~Hugs~
What I had yesterday:
B- Archive One Protein Drink, Atkins Protien Bar
1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate.
S- String cheese, 1 pk Smartfood Popcorn
2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate
L- 3 oz beef burger with cucs
S- 4 oz carb control yogurt, palm full of some fresh mix nuts with raisins
2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate
D- 8 steam clams with some butter, mixed greens with Ranch dressing
1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate
S- 1 oz Pita chips... (not much carbs or fat)
*Supplements: 1800 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12.
*Water Intake: 50 oz water, 12 oz Diet Coke
*Excercise: 20 min walk
gained 2 lbs, wanting to do the plateau diet but know this is the long weekend and I think I will wait until after that..

Goodmorning! Debra the 2 pounds may not be anything at all. May just be retaining some water. Wait a couple of days and then see. Are you seeing the therapist? How is it going? I know i was hungry all day yesturday. Didnt like that feeling at all. Hope today is better.
6am coffee with protein
B stallone pudding with half banana
L slice of whole wheat toast , turkey and cheese with lettuce and 2 baby carrots
S saltine crackers
3pm coffee with protein
D junior whopper and 2 mozerella sticks....barfed it up not a good choice but was craving it.
S popcorn and some strawberries

Yeah I lost 1 lbs this morning so we will see....
Yes i have been but changed to a new one and I see her tomorrow at lunch time for the 1st time. The last one was NOT doing it for me nor did she really know about WLS, she said she did on the call before making the appt but she does NOT and that ****** me off!
The one that I am seeing tomorrow was my 1st choice but she did not have any spots open but she called last week and now she does so I guess that is meant to be....

I was lurking and wanted to stop by and say Hi
. Alot going on here, God willing my DH is changing jobs and we will have new insurance. Down side I might have to start all over again with the process of approval Dr J's office said maybe not just wait and see
. BUT good things came to those who wait right?...lol. I hope everyone is having a great day since its warming up in NY finally
. Try to get outside and enjoy our new found warmth. Off to do team mom things

So good to see you hun ~hugs~ I am sorry you have to go through more crap with this....
You know I guess you just have to believe that things happen as they should and for some reason you are not meant to have this surgery right now
Who knows why!! .....believe that when your time is right it WILL happen for you, I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers that it will be very soon... ~hugs~ Things have a way of working out!

Good morning Debra and OH family!
Patience is a necessity with the WLS, huh? I know when I had my big plateau I kept telling myself it will come off.
We did our 7 mile walk in 3 hours 21 minutes yesterday. I actually brought my breakfast on the trail and ate as we walked-lol. I had church exercise scheduled tonight but forgot I have an appointment. It's ok, because I need to rest up more, I'm still a little sore.
B-11am-Dannon light and fit Yogurt
L-1 scoop Isopure(I ran out of it
) and one and a half scoop cheap Wal Mart protein(30g protein in that but yuck!)
D-Most of my Tilapia filet-son ate the last couple of bites
The label said 21g of protein in one Tilapia filet. No wonder many of my fellow bandsters on my email list like this so much!

Pre- B. - 16 oz. decaf coffee, 4 oz. skim milk w/ 1/2 scoop choc. whey protein powder
B- 2 T. scrambled egg w/ cheese
2 T. oatmeal
2 T. banana
Pre- L- 16 oz. water, 4 oz. skim milk w/ 1/2 scoop whey protein powder
L- 2 T. extra lean corned beef
2 T. green beans
2 T. cauliflower in low fat cheese sauce
Pre- D- 8 oz. green tea, 8 oz. skim milk w/ 1/2 scoop whey protein powder
D- 2 T. chicken breast
2 T. brussell sprouts
2 T. squash
S- 4 oz. skim milk
That is about it !

Hello everyone! Sorry I haven't been around much lately. Although I haven't posted, I still pop on and read almsot every day. Here's what I had today:
B: Proti 15 Protein bar
L: Carb countdown yogurt, 2 string cheese
D: 1 scrambled egg w/ cheese, 2 slices crisp bacon, handful of soy crisps
S: may have a small bag of smartpop popcorn while watching Idol later. Also had all of my water & vits
