Seeking Snack Suggestions?

Definitely string cheese...peeling it in little strings takes longer to eat and it more satisfying. I also keep roasted almond (no salt) in the car as well as some pecans and walnuts...a little of these go a long way.
One of my favorites is cheese snacks (rectangles) on a wheat cracker (thin round ones) with a slice of pepperone (presliced). Last Saturday I was at an all day picnic and munched on these for about 3 hours. I ate about one every 20 minutes and it held me over until a late day barbecue ( a small piece of marinated steak tip).
Make your own peanut butter crackers with graham crackers (choc ones). 2-3 of these are good protein and not too many calories.
Eat slowly, wait to drink anything after eating and you should be just fine.
