Good morning Debra! There's nothing like a good therapist. It can make the difference between wasting time and money and changing your life. I'm so excited for you! Keep us posted.... Sunny day! Hip, hip hooray! Went for a 2 mile walk. Very nice. Yesterday: B: Scrambled egg with cheese L: Magic bullet blended refried beans (yum!) D: Blended home made chicken soup S: cottage cheese with nf sf vanilla yogurt Not good on water...only 36 oz... Multivits, 3 Viactives, 1000mcg B12 I saw my surgeon yesterday for a f/u visit. He was very pleased with my progress (20 pounds lost since surgery....50 including pre op wt loss!) and also pleased with the healing of my incision. Deb! I tried the BA chocolate calcium citrate and am not doing well with it. If you email me your address, I'll send you the bottle. Have a wonderful sunny day! xoxo Amy

Kristine, OMG I just love her... This one should really be good to work with and knows so much about the surgery, what she doesn't know she says that not acts like she does like the other one. Take care Debra P

Deb, I love, love LOVE my shrink! I have been her patient since I can remember. She is my lifesaver.(next to Dennis of course) I just saw her today after my upper gi. I havent seen her since my new hair do and she said she cant stop staring at it, but in a good way! Ha. She said that is just a sign of just how truly brave I am. Love her. If you can find a good therapist who truly does care and can help, its priceless if you ask me.

This is a very interesting thread as I am trying to understand wls and how it affects all aspects of your life. I find it very interesting that some people seem to eat very little and some a more 'normal' (for lack of a better word) menu. Am I right in assuming that since your stomach is so much smaller, you actually feel full on a small amount of food? I was reading posts on the main message board and it appeared to me that someone, like myself, who is researching wls, thought the same and she was mocked for believing this. Thanks! Linda
