INSURANCE APPROVAL

Has anyone been approved for surgery with either blue cross, ghi national or malohney and associates? If so how long did it take to get approved?

Hi Jennifer I have GHI federal and I got approved less than a week. However, GHI requires 6 months supervised diet and letter from PCP stating its medically necessary. I'm not sure how GHI national works (never heard of GHI national). My sister had BCBS, she was approved also in less than a week.
