I hope you all has a nice holiday weekend, mine was good and we got much done on the driveway so all is good.
What I had yesterday:
B- 1 egg, 1 slice bread with pat of butter
1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate.
S- String cheese, 1 pk Smartfood Popcorn
2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate
L- 1 McDonalds Cheeseburger (threw out most of the bread), a couple of fries from hubby
S- 12 grapes, 3 pretel rods
2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate
D- 2.5 oz steak, 4 spears of fresh asparagus (sp?)
1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate
S- 1 sm peach
*Supplements: 1800 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12.
*Water Intake: 10 oz water, 60 crystal light
*Excercise: worked outside all day

Hi Debra,
This weather makes me long for the beach! I think I am finally back on track with my eating!!!! FINALLY!!!
Breakfast:
Didnt get up til almost lunch...lol...so nadda
Lunch:
Turkey sausage cooked in peppers, mushrooms, onions, and FF chicken broth
Snack:
Detour Bar
Dinner:
1 cheeseburger (no bun)
a little bit of ketchup
1 cup of squash/zucchini, and onions cooked over the grill
Drank a ton of ice tea...I know, too much caffeine...and about 64 oz of other sugar free beveradges (crystal lite)
I did wake up...well, couldnt sleep...so had about a 1 inch square of a brownie.
I ran/walked on the treadmill 50 minutes and swam laps for 15 minutes.

Hi Debra and everyone:
Work has been strange, weekends have been busy and I've been eating like crazy- all good stuff but new to me ...more fruit and vegetables:
What I ate yesterday - (not enough protein but all liquids and played in the pool for an hour)
B 2/3 c low fat cottage cheese with 1/2 c peaches, Zone snack bar
no snack
no lunch
D 1 c potato salad (lite dressing, egg, etc.), 1/3 smoked sausage, 5 pretzels,
1 deviled egg
S sugar free klondike bar (watch out for that Sorbitol
)
before bed 10 oz carb control choc mile
