pcos anyone-part 2

i asked a question in regards to weight loss and having pcos!! however the weight loss question was directed towards pre- surgery i didnt have my surgery yet however i am dieting now 3 weeks and only lost 1 lb!!! is it becaUSE OF MY PCOS?????

Assuming you are following the diet to the letter with no doubts about it, I would say the answer would be yes in my experience :)
