looking for people

is there any one in sullivan county i need help cant find support groups want to attend a seminar cant find one in my area if there is anybody that knows of something let me know thanks

I live in orange and i'm not aware that there are any surgeons in sullivan county that do WLS. There are support groups in middletown..i believe there is one that meets int he middletown galaria. I know in Port Jervis there is a doctor who does the lap band. I traveled to westchester to a doctor who did the RNY or lap band..and finally ended up having my surgery in manhattan because i wanted the DS. Hope this helps scott

Hello Fran and yes there are groups in Orange County! I had surgery in Port Jervis with Dr Peter Kwon! I am a lap bander and I am down 50 + lbs since my Jan 25, 2006 surgery. If you want more info let me know? Kenny

Fran, I am in Mountain Dale hun, not far from you and there is nothing up this way that I have found so far. I know there is one in Middletown but not sure how that is going now, also as Kenny said there is one in Goshen but they charge you money to go if you did not use that Dr so that is out.
