I'm feeling BLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not exactly sure what it is here probably a combination of a few things?
1) I've had my fill of rain it is soooooooooooooo depressing!
2) Don't have a wife I can speak with as the marriage is in the crapper!
3)Don't have a supportive angel any longer for reasons I don't quite understand?
4)The Sunday evening support group is ok but for some reasons I feel very out of place and uncomfortable there!
5) I need a vacation but have no moola!
6)Weight is slowly coming off.
Last night I ate half a sleeve of CC cookies until I threw them in the garbage. Also threw, an entire candy bowl of Hershey Choclates the wife likes to keep it filled next to my recliner, into the garbage. I'm thinking of getting in the car and driving off.....
Can't take the bike for a ride because of the damn rain!
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Just venting my feelings, I'll survive somehow!
Have a wonderful rain filled week all!

Kenny,
First off ~hugs~
Ok now take a deep breath and relax some.......I know what you mean about this rain and it will stop soon. I know today will be o****il later so maybe get out if ya can.
What happened to your Monday night Goshen meetings?
I want to say CONGRATS on throwing those chocs away that your "wife" puts by your chair (knowing you are going throug this
). Stay strong hun know that YOU are the important one now! Many people try to sabotage our weight loss but ya know when we let "them" win it really only hurts us! Sometimes my boss can say and do things to "make" me want to eat but I am trying SOOO hard to turn that around and letting it make me mad that he does that, I try to use it a fuel to help me do good. If that makes sense to you?
Your cookie eating time is in the PAST so get on with it, take that deep breath and tell yourself ok you had your fun now NO MORE. I for one know that is so much easier said then done but TRY! That is all we can do!
email me hun.... ~Hugs~

Hey Kenny,
Are you in therapy? Are you and your wife in therapy? Sounds like you need some support. Lots of changes after wls. You might want to check with your insurance to see what might be covered. for psychotherapy. Support groups are great, but sometimes one on one is the best for working on your own personal bigger picture.
Good luck,
Amy
Go to a nearby mall for a walk around or how about going to a book store or library. I prefer the latter as there isn't usually food available. I feel bad for your marital situation. It happens. In my marriage we have our ups and downs but for the most part I force myself to discuss my feelings so that he knows how I feel.
Sounds like a night for "game night" with the boys. I did see your profile and that you have a 12 yr old and a 15 year old. Maybe a long game of monopoly might help..
The rain is gone today so I'm going to walk after I eat lunch.
Dawn
Kenny,
I'm no angel
, but as a fellow lap bander am always a cheerleader for you....
I felt out of place at the St Francis support group, couldn't put my finger on why, everyone was nice and supportive. I think it's because it was so big.
Good for you for throwing that food away. I am still in process of learning to throw food away myself...oh yeah but dog is good for that too. We nicknamed her "Nunu" the vacuum cleaner from the teletubbies (as long as it's not sweets)
Dang is it supposed to rain all week?
It was nice out this morning and clouded back up again.
Just had a vacation in May too but no money. Oh well I shouldn't complain, we did Disney in January.
Kristine
