FINALLY IN THE ONEDERLANDS
Finally
in the onederlands it took me long enough to get there
.Staying in the 200's for a long time drove me crazy
.I noticed I was starting to get back in my old eating habits especial those carb.
and the weight was just yoyoing
back and forth.After I went to OH seminar I took those tools and reapplied it back into my lifestyle.I learned I'm suppling nutritient for my body,not me eating because I see food and I want to eat it.I also can to realized that everyone weight at their own pace.So those who are getting decourage on the slow weight loss give it time because when you are not losing weight you are losing inches. Let me stop boring
everyone just wanted to express my joy
I'm home for the month so you will see me post every now and then and giving pre-op well wishes.

Congrats on making it to onederland and congrats on getting back on track. It is so easy for us to fall into old habbits.....Keep up the good work and you will be hitting goal before you know it. Glad you will be around ...i start work next week so i may not be around as often as i am now but i will be here.
