At Golds gym, first was the tread mill, followed by 15 laps in the pool! I feel sooooooooooo great that I can do this gym stuff! Still need to drop another 30 lbs. It's still a work in process! Guess I'm just venting! KB

Kenny, I am so jealous you have one of those kinds of gyms by you.... I so want to do that but nothing in my area and driving 1/2 hr to go to a gym when I have 45 min commute to work would not cut it.... There is a small gym by me but it seems kind of well.....hickish, icky and stuff. there is a Curves but I am not sure how much that will help me now.....Love the pool idea.... Debra P

Wow Kenny - sounds like a great workout! Keep up the good work. Hugs - Robin P.S. - any luck on a protein drink? I started drinking those AcheiveOne's that are so popular - they're not bad. I'm happy to share if you want to try one. R

Go Kenny go!!!!!! That's so great that you are working out. I did my three days this week and that was it...I'm kind of in an exercise slump here. Birthday boy 6 year old son got a scooter today so I suspect we'll be back on the rail trail soon. Kristine

Kenny: Isn't the gym GREAT! I am with you on that, it really is motivating to see those numbers! I cahallenge myself as well w/ the ET my fav. machine..if I push self I can hit the 1,000 cal in 60 min on that baby! The 'runners' high/endorphin rush is great, carries me thru the day! It is really a great habit/substiute for soothing ourselves vs using food!! My motto if exesise doesn't fit into your life, then your LIFE has to change!!! Keep on and that 30# will be off sooner than u know it! YOU'RE doing great!
