Hi there everyone ! I am still here just have not been on my computer at all and have been so darn busy ! I hope everyone is doing fine and I just want all of you to know I have missed you a great deal ! I am doing really well and have lost a total of 98 lbs. since starting this journey ! I lost 60lbs prior to surgery on the Medifast and 38 lbs. since surgery ! WHOO HOOO ! I feel so good and have so much energy now , I can't beleive it ! I have went from a size 28/30 pants to a size 20 so far and from a size 30/32 top to a size 18/20 ! I love my life and am again working and love it ! I started my new job a couple of week's ago . I thank my sureon Dr. Lirio each and every day for giving me a second chance at living a healtheir life . I also want to take tis moment and thank all of you as you have helped me so much along this long path and each and every one of you have been such an inspiration to me ! I love you guy's ! I know that you are alway's there for me and will alway's have a place to come and vent, chat, whine whatever I need to do I know you will be there to listen and help in any way you can ! So THANK YOU EVERYBODY ! YOU ARE ALL AWESOME !!! I also have a question for ya's ! When you reach the 100 lbs. lost mark and you want to tell OH about it to get your card do you count the 100 lbs. lost since your surgerie's or do you count both the lbs. lost before surgery and after ? Just wondering as I will be reaching 100 lbs. lost in a day or two , but that include's both before and after surgery ! Well that is about it ! I will try and get back here more often as I miss ya ll so much ! Take care and happy losing !! and Carolee 328/230/155

Hi Carolee. Glad to see you here, and happy that everything is going well for you. How are all the kids/grands? I hope everyone is well. As for the card..........I say 100 pounds lost is 100 pounds lost, and if you lost some of them in the preop stage, you sure as heck can count them for your century card.........they were part of what you lost along this incredible journey. I hope to hear from you again soon. S

How absolutely amazing! The very idea of this whole process is just amazing. I can't describe how excited I get to hear of such sucesses, even though I've been struggling to have this surgery for over 2 years now, I hold out knowing there is hope. Congradulations to you. May I ask how long were you on medifast? I'm trying to get some info on how Dr. Lirio works to keep me sane while I wait for a surgical consult. Tami
