Hi all, I have been busy busy. I got a call Saturday afternoon by the teacher from the school where my son got a dance scholarship. There was a space available for him to go to dance camp. I was so happy! So I've been driving him to and from the program, 35 minutes each way, 4 trips each day. I'll do anything to encourage the dancing. Today hubby got hit for mandatory overtime and I tried taking the bus, but I missed it. So I had to find rides today. We hung out in the town all day and the little one and I walked the circumference of the village...oh I am guessing 2-3 miles... Did you or will you exercise today???? I lost more and down 87 pounds now! Kristine

Hey Girl! Your news about dance camp and your awesome weight loss are terrific! Good things come with the most unpredictable timing! You are the WALKING QUEEN! I've joined a local gym. I walk Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and sometimes Sundays without fail. My endurance is greatly improved. I went from only walking 2.0 miles per hour to 3.3 (on the treadmill) Yippee!!! I walk for 30 minutes a pop, and stretch for about 10 minutes. On alternate days I have been doing arm weights and wall push ups. I am developing the worst case of BATWINGS ever. Plastic surgery is in my future, I'm sure.... Congrats on your good news! xox Amy

Hi Kristine Dance camp will keep your son busy for the summer.Walking the town I don't think would do that.Well you know to make a day with the little one,yes I would and as you said there's your exercise for the day.Keep up the good work 87lbs gone almost a whole person. Let see I started on the treadmill for 15min to get back in the swing of things and light toning for 10mins.I start work next week and I want to go to the gym after work. Smooches Claire

Hi Kristine, thats great for your son.....And thats great all the walking you are doing.. I do lots of walking also, living in the city that comes very easy. I know i could be doing more exercising but its so hard with the time ....COngrats on the 87 pounds thats awsome....LisaMarie
