I'm So Flustered!!!

I have a horrible habit of eating WAY too fast so i'm trying different things to see if anything will work. Tonight i made salmon, zucchini and butternut squash ravioli. It's only my husband and I and it was dinner for (4) i was hoping to take some leftovers to work tomorrow. I kept my plate in the kitchen so i would have to keep getting up for more. I made (4) four ounce salmon steaks...I took half of one, some zucchini and a single ravioli and i was going to enjoy it at my leisure. I go in for a bite and the rest of the servings are gone, my husband ate 12 ounces of salmon and 3 servings (almost 4) of ravioli and all the zucchini are gone (there was 2lbs of zucchini).. i said boy you must be really hungry, he goes yeah and it's odd because i ate lunch. I come in for my food and THAT WEASLE AT MY DINNER TOO! good night nurse i'm eating peanut butter now but i'm all pissy about it. Thanks for letting me whine, ANDI

I know and i was so in the mood for the dinner i made that nothing else is making me happy! I don't want peanut butter or a cheese stick and i have nothing else in the house. The kids went away to summer camp and truth be told i haven't done any real shopping we're living off what we have for as long as we can. I made myself popcorn and i don't even want it. What's worse is that i don't want take out. I made myself so sick on July 4th by being a jerk and eating poorly that now i'm trying to be "a good girl". I did however learn a very valuable lesson...(1) never try something new outside your own house and (2) when you are terribly ill in someone else's home you learn whether or not they are a true friend (my friends passed with flying colors as i puked in their brand spanking new bathroom!) Will i see you on Sunday? Hugs, ANDI

You christened (so to speak) the new bathroom? Those are truly good friends! Yeah, trying something new is always fun, ain't it? My surgeon had mentioned that I should only try new stuff at home and I'm so glad I took his advice! Yes, my dear, I'm planning on being at the meeting on Sunday. I need my hug fix. Hugs - Robin

Andrea, Hun WOW i would be so upset with my hubby is he eat my meal, we don't eat all that much anymore and to take your food is not cool.. I know my hubby gets most of my leftovers but i give it to him when I am done. When we cook most of the time we have the leftovers that I can take for the next day or 2 but sometimes we are just to hungry. Well it sure sounded very good hun and next time you will just have to make more... I can not believe how close you are to my work, I am on 17M just outside of Monroe towards Chester.....Where that old printing building was...we are in the center set back from the road..... Take care Debra P

I think you need to buy some POST IT NOTES: KEEP YOUR F@#$%*G HANDS OFF MY FOOD!!!!!! Funny how this scenario makes us upset for you and along with you!!!!! My husband keeps eating the last banana -- my known staple with my Fage Yogurt. I keep buying more and more bananas, and it doesn't seem to make a different -- I think he is closer to the ape than I thought! Regards, Marla/FeistyEmm
