I'm So Flustered!!!
Andi, I'd be a little PISSY too!!!!
You make a nice healthy meal and end up with peanut butter
.next time put some aside for you before you call him for dinner and when he goes for seconds and there isn't any;-D,offer him a peanut butter sandwich.(with a smile of course)
It's petty but it sure helps ease the fustration!!!

Hi Andi, I still tend to eat too fast too, even if I can't eat a lot at a time! Those old habits are sooo hard to break.
I keep my food in seperate containers at home and I THREATEN everyone not to touch my food. You might want to try that so the hubby doesn't eat it on you next time!
See you Sunday!! You have to come meet Lisa, she'll be back finally!

Oh I have the same problem! I discovered during a rare emotional eat relapse 2 nights ago that the reason I eat so little is because I eat too fast and it fills the pouch, so then I don't want anymore food because I am not hungry anymore.
Oh can I come over for dinner?
You sound like a good cook
We're such a microwave family. I don't remember when I last cooked.

Well Andi, first I would like to say it was great meeting you at the support group meeting in Fishkill Sunday night...I enjoyed myself and will be back again this Sunday! As for your hubby eating your food???!!! Thanks for the heads up! My surgery is due next week... so I will keep all this stuff in mind...plus the replys that were made to you!!!!! I loved reading them and best of all I met them so I know who they are so it was more personal....cool! This is ao great to have support of new friends...we are blessed....See ya Sunday...Fran
(((((((((Fran))))))))))))) it was wonderful meeting you last Sunday! I love seeing the people i talk to on here in person! As you start your weight loss journey it's important to realize that these support groups become a lifeline. Although the people in your life try hard to meet our (your) needs they haven't had this before so they know nothing about it. Please be well and i'll see you on Sunday
