Checking In

Hello All ~hugs~ Just wanted to check in to see how you all are doing? Everyone enjoying the summer time? We have been getting hit hard with all this rain and not much riding weather but last weekend was so awesome for riding and we did. Also I got my 2003 Gecko Green VW Beetle.....just LOVE that car, what a fun car to drive....peppy and handles so good! Good on gas as well... Still stuck around 162-164 lbs, just trying to get over this cold that has me so down and getting back to my walking. Also i noticed my body is stuck as well so I guess this is a real slowdown or stop.... Will get back into the game once I am feeling better. Post and let me know how you all are doing?......Miss ya.... Debra P

WOW debra glad you checked in!!! THE VW sounds awesome........ ENJOY it...... yeah the weather on the island has been so tropical and i hate it never can decide to bring daycare to the lake or not each day! DILEMAS when the skies look so threatening..... As for me well DEB you know im a june peer.... I have also not lost in the same amount of time as you have...I am dead stuck at 167 - 169 range. I am so down about this. MY eating SUCKS and im just miserable with this. SURe im in great sized clothes.....but i feel fat and wanted to get thinner then this. I see my surgeon tonight as he watches me close cause of the numbness issues I have. I had didnt make it to the last Neurologist appointment I had do to some confusions but have a new appointment AUG 2. I still have this issue bad at times. GLAD your well hugs lisa xoxox

Hey Deb. Glad to see you here. This weather is rough lateley. Not much outside time for sure. Enjoy your new car. I LOVE the VW Beetle. That or the mini cooper will be my next maybe, once I don't have to cart the kids around so much..........lol. Have a great day. S

Debra, Glad to hear about the car , said to hear about the cold. You will get back on the ball with the weight (as you know ) . I bet you look real cute in the car ! Take a look around I bet the guys are checking you out! . As for me Im a little past a month and a half post -op . Ive lost a total of 65 pounds . Loving life ! Alot more energy, little joint pain , migraines are alot less and im eating well. I go to curves 3 X a week and do alot of biking with my Yorkie Gizmo in the front basket! Life is good . Since im from FL the weather is fine with me . I hate winter so if its not cold and snowing I love it and refuse to complain! Feel better soon I miss ya!....................Kitty
