New Doctor Needed Long Island

Does anyone know of a Doctor who will take GHI I had my Surgery 2 1/2 years ago and have not had a follow up since my 6 month visit. (My doctor moved away) Help me please.. THanks to everyone!

My husband and I both go to Dr. Edward Cussatti in West Islip. We both have GHI and we just pay a co-pay for visits. He practices at Good Samaritan Hospital and his office is just a couple of blocks away from the hospital. Let me know if you need any other info. Marcia

Hi Leeanne, I'm in Northport and used Dr Adaniel in W Islip when I had my gastric bypass. HE's not far from 231 and Montauk Highway. He's the best! Good luck. Patricia

Dr. Adaniel is at number 631-587-1451 Montauk Hwy West Islip. Also a very good doctor is Dr. Brathwaite, he is at St.Catherine's Hospital in Smithtown. I don't know his phone number though.
