Smaller pouch

Does any one know if you can have your pouch made smaller? I had my bypass March 2004, and I just feel I can eat to much. I do go to the Dr Wednesday so I will question it then. I want to loose between 20 and 40 more pounds. Have 110 off and I keep going up 5 and down 5, driving me crazy. Thank you to all of you in advance. Linda
