Water aerobics- easy on the joints

Our "New Beginnings" exercise class is now in the water. For the summer months we have initiated a water aerobics class. Our class is held every Thursday at 7:30 pm. The Class is going to be held at CMS Fitness Center 333 Earl Ovington Blvd, Uniondale, NY. The cost of this class is $12.00 (No credit cards or checks). You can be a non swimmer to participate in this class. Swimming is not a requirement. For those that are apprehensive in wearing a bathing suit, you can cover up the bathing suit with shorts and tee shirt. Please bring your own towel and lock for the locker.
