Hello to all!!!!

i haven't posted in a while, Well July 4th was my 6 month anniversary and I am down 90 pounds I have been doing sooooo GREAT! I still can only eat small amounts at each sitting but thats ok. I am totally loving the whole shopping thing. NO more plus size!!To all who know that my Mom and I did this together, she is doing very well also. She is down around 80 pounds.
