Empire Blue Cross/ Blue Shield

Any of you have Empire Blue Cross? I'm waiting for approval and wondering how easy they are to deal with. My case nurse has been very nice each time I've spoken with her. Hopefully I have everything she requested now and I don't have to wait long for a answer. I hate to keep calling her every day and asking for an answer. Deb

HEY DEB... I have Empire Blue Shield Blue Cross PPO. I was approved fast....... and on the first try as well. THEY didnt require any 6 month doctor supervised diet plans. MY surgeons office did everything and was a quick wait. GOOD LUCK got my fingers crossed for you.
