2 months post op and just had Dr visit
Hi ya! You look great and I really like the hair color change..Just remember to keep
your exercise and some weight workout. I jus turned 50 last week and my fitness level is
1000% past where I began.. To keep burning fat at the rate you are- you have to keep your metabolism stoked, because it will slow down, but you will continue to do well
because even light weights and consistent exercise will keep you burning fat only.
I will be a year post op next month- I have dropped 22% in my BMI.I can do cardio for
60-90mins, do 4o mins weights, and swim 4-8 laps in pool at Ballys. My routine includes
all of those, say 4x a week . So keep up the good work and make the most of it.

Thank you so much for all of your well wishes. This sight has been such an inspiration to me. Questions that I have had, have been answered and ideas for things like protein drinks and exercise have been such a big help. This site is such a great thing and you all are very very helpful.
