IF YOU LOVE TO LAUGH...

PS
I was born and raised on Manhattan's Upper Westside. Going to the theater was my first form of worship. Honest. Was not giv en any formal religious training. Dad took us to see Cecil B. DeMille's movie, "The 10 Commandments" when I was in elementary school & we saw the ORIGINAL "GODSPELL" in a little theater on
Broadway in the upper 70'[s - walking distance from The ANSONIA Hotel, on Broadway & 74th St. - where I spent the first formative 10 years of my before moving way over to 17 West 71 St. If you've seen the movie "SINGLE WHITE FEMALE"
you've seen the Ansonia Hotel. spooky place.
So I don't turn into a fawning cheerleader over any old show.
We still go to lots of theater in Atlanta, where I've lived since 1981.
But New York - well, that's the GOLD standard, eh?
