I AM FINALLY A LOSER!!!!!

My surery was 7/27 - no problems so far. Thank you so much to everyone who hoped, wished and prayed for me!!! I didn't realize how 'out of it' I would be after surgery (never been put under before). But now I'm doing good. Still sore, my legs kind of hurt, along with, of course, my abdomen, but I still think this is worth it!!! I do have one question taht I need help with: When do you have a bowel movement? I haven't had one since 7/27 (the morning before surgery). Please let me know. Welcome to the Losers bench!! as far as a BW...*TMI here* I had one in the hospital...that cleaned me out... and then because we eat so little after surgery....I didnt have one for days after. Call your surgeon if you are in any pain because of it but Im sure that it will come...no pun intended!! Lisa 371/184/140

Hi Jenna - Congrats on your surgery and recovery. I had my first BM 1 week post-surgery...just when I thought it would never happen. It's very common to not have one for several days due to the anesthesia, and not having much to move along... Wishing you all the best, Mary Mc
