Prayer Chain for Tavia.
Hello everyone. I would like to try this ...please any and all prayers are accepted. Our good friend Tavia is having surgery in 2 days once again. I am going to start a prayer chain and hope everyone on this board will add even a small prayer for her. THank you!!!!
Dear God, Please watch over Tavia and watch over her family, the surgeons, nurses and staff that will be caring for her while in the hospital. Please help her to have a successful surgery and quick and easy recovery so she can start her healthy skinny life.

PRAYER BEFORE SURGERY
O Jesus Christ, Messiah and Lord,
grant me joyful acceptance of the surgery
which awaits me,
and let this be the relief and cure which I seek.
Make skilled the work of the surgeon
and that of his team
for it is unto their knowledge and skill
that I give myself for healing.
I pray You, O Lord,
that this procedure will be without complication,
and that my recovery will be speedy and complete.
Love you Tavia and will be thinking about you!

Well I don't go to church and I havn't read out of the bible in a long time ,but I do pray for others and myself from time to time and this definatly is one of those times when I will be asking God to watch over Tavia and her family.I won't ask him why six surgeries in a year and half because I never second guess his works ,I just have faith that things will turn out good.I'm sure God will watch over her as he has in the past.I'm also asking that he restore her health so she can get past all this and focus on being the mother and wife she wants to be,to be happy and full of energy.You are in my thoughts and my prayer for you.

Padre Pio is one of my favorite saints to pray to. I will say a special prayer to him for her.

PS I will also tell my children to mention her name in their prayers, some people swear that the power of prayer from children is ALWAYS heard louder.
When this is all past us and Tavia is fully recuperated, I think we should have a ladies weekend, how does that sound? Massages, other spa treatments and nice meals!
