Hey S CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR JOURNEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is truly amazing once you actually realize what you were missing before the surgery. I thank you for your words of encouragement and wisdom over the past few months. I am only 2 months out and 60 pounds lost forever and I can already see and feel the difference. I can not wait until I hit the 1 year milestone as well. All the best and keep up the good work

How wonderful for you. Congratulations! It is hard to conceive of how many changes a person can go through as a result of this surgery...and it's not just the first year, from what I hear. Keep enjoying the changes as they occur. I'm so glad to hear you're feeling great. Amy
