Prayers and well wishes for a friend...

Hi everyone. Just wantd to ask since you guys are so good at this....I have a friend, she does not post here but does read the boards. I have told her many times about all of you. She finally decided to go through with surgery. She had the lap band this morning done by Dr Garber and is doing great, i just spoke to her....Please can you take a moment to just wish her well on the begining of her journey. Hopefully she will read all the good wishes and come out of hiding. Her name is Jeanette!!!!!!!! Thanks so much.. Love you all. LisaMarie

Hi Jeanette, Congratulations on your decision for WLS. You also chose a great surgeon!!! I certainly have no complaints. Keep to the doc's orders and use the nutritionist and psychologist whenever you need support and you will do AOK! Linda M 230/ 121/115

Jeanette, Congratulations on getting your lap band,I had mine done on Aug. 14th and doing very well with it.The first week is the toughest week mentally,it gets better. Welcome to the losing side.You have support from all of us and you have a great friend in Lisamarie,she is certainly a success and someone you can turn to.Good luck for a speedy recovery. Tina
