just want to know if this sounds like it happen to you, it is 2yrs out for me, I haven't gained any weight but i notice my cloths are a little tighter then before. I can see that my middle isn't as small as before but again no weight gain. I read that once you stop lossing a large amount of weight that you gain a little and you kinda fill out to what your going to be. Does that sound right?

Mags Dip: for many postop regain happens, as the pouch hears, we are able to eat a greater variety/quantity of food, we get aittle lax on the vigellence we may of had w/ the pouch rules, we no longer are the 'WLS pt' but just become 'people' also we may eat more and exercise less, the malabsorbtion of calories also decreases as the intestines 'adapt' as well. Mnay talk about a bounceback wt of ~ 10% of what you lost, ie. if you lost 100# w/ WLS you may find your body goes up 10#. BUt this is a time to relook at the committment to the lifestyle change and really 'buckle'down as wt gain can be much more than 10%, I have seen 100% regain in a true non-compliant person. the majority keep 50% of Excess wt loss off at 5 yrs per stats. So if your clothes are telling you something LISTEN! Re-eval your eating, food choices, fluid choices, water consumption, exercise and tweak it now before those 10, 20, 50# apear! Be well!
