Hello All ~hugs~
Ok today I am starting my 10 day Plateau Breaking Diet! This will be crazy I am sure and I told hubby he might just want to go away for about 10 DAYS!
Well we will see how it goes
What I had yesterday:
B: 1 pk low sugar instant oatmeal
S: 1 buttered roll
L: 1/2 cup fried rice, 2 1/2 oz steamed chicken
S: 1 String Cheese, 1 peach
D: 1 cup fried rice, 1 oz cheese
S: 2 cups popcorn
Water: 30 oz water, 12 oz Diet Siera Mist, 12 oz Diet Coke.
Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate
2 Centrum chewables
1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs
Exercise: N/A
TODAY IS DAY 1 of the Plateau Breaking Diet!

Good Morning,
Yesturday I guess I was okay, but as long as the scale keeps moving in the right direction I'm happy.
B - 4 oz light and fit yogart
L - 2 chicken wings and 1/4 cup of rice w/ red beans
S - an entire bag of popcorn
D - 2 pork dumplings, 1/2 cup chicken and chinese eggplant
S - 1/2 cup edy's sugar free ice cream

I will keep Sat night in mind, I know we are working on the house this weekend since hubby is off on this Sat so we will have to see how we are both feeling at the end of the day.

I have decided to start skipping breakfast. Every day after I eat in the morning, I feel ill for about an hour or so. I'll have to make up the calories later in the day, I guess. I just can't feel sick and teach well at the same time!!! Here's yesterday's food:
B- 2 small sausage patties
L- salad w/ turkey and cheese and full fat dressing
D- 1 piece leftover frozen pizza (yuck... but I didn't feel like cooking!)
I only got in about 40 oz of water... have to make that a priority today.
Vitamins- C, multi, calcium, B12

Well if that is what you have to do to make sure you are feeling ok then I guess all is good.
I know I remember hearing that you should eat something in the morning becuase it starts your body working on burning calories but I am not sure if that is just something they used to say to get people to have breakfast.
