i feel so happy 4 u i know how u feel... I was soooooo busy this morning non-stop but i have a minute and i will go in the bath and soak and then get the kids and so on and so forth. well what i ate today
b- 1 chicken breast 1 diet green tea 1/2 cup cottage chees
-
lunch 2 slices turkey breast and a handful of cheese-its.
i have to get my protein in AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

You are always moving WAY to fast...
YES please make sure you are getting in your protein every day! What is your goal number for the protein?
